What Pro Adds

What Pro adds

Free shows what your workflow sends. Pro turns it into content.

That is the whole difference — and it is a difference of capability, not of quantity. Nothing in the free plugin is limited, counted, timed or held back. No locked buttons, no trial period, no watermarks. Every setting works, on every install, forever.

The idea

Display is temporary. Publishing makes it real.

A shortcode renders an answer on one page. A post behaves like everything else on your site: it appears in search, in category archives, in your feed and your sitemap. It can be edited, scheduled, linked to, and found six months later.

For anything you want people to find rather than just see, that difference is the point. If you only need answers shown on a page, you may never need Pro.

Compare

Everything above the line is identical. Everything below it does not exist in the free plugin.

What you get

Six capabilities, and who actually needs each one

Payloads become posts

Turn publishing on for a channel and every payload also becomes a post or page — title, Markdown body, categories, tags and a featured image mapped to native WordPress fields. The payload is still stored and displayed as before.

For feeds, newsrooms, research pipelines and scheduled jobs.

Replies become posts

The same thing in the other direction. Every answer a form receives is also saved, using the same recognition. The visitor still sees the reply exactly as before.

For workflows that produce something worth keeping. Not available in chat mode — one post per message would be noise.

Your editorial flow

Draft, Pending review, or Publish immediately, chosen per form and per channel. Draft is the default, so a webhook cannot put content live until you decide it should.

Publish immediately means the inbound secret alone can go live. Reserve it for workflows you trust.

Featured images

An existing Media Library item, raw bytes from a workflow that generates images, a download from a host you allowlist, or a per-rule default. Every image is verified as a real JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP from its actual bytes.

An unusable image never blocks the post — it is skipped, and the response says why.

Word and PDF export

Free already lets a visitor copy a reply or save it as Markdown, text or HTML. Pro adds Word and PDF to the same menu, so an answer can leave the page as a document.

PDF uses the browser’s own print engine — better typography, and nothing extra downloaded by visitors who never use it.

Post publish webhooks

The other direction: instead of turning incoming information into a post, this sends a webhook out the moment a post, page or custom post type is published — created by this plugin or written normally in the editor, it does not matter which.

Every post type, including your own. Products, Events, Staff — each gets its own address and its own choice of fields, automatically, with nothing to register.

Your custom fields travel with it. Name the fields you want — a price, an event date, anything you have added yourself, including Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) — and they arrive alongside the title and body. No dependency on ACF; any custom field works.

Prove it before you rely on it. A Test webhook button sends one clearly-marked sample, shaped exactly like a real publish, and shows you the body it sent and the reply it got — without creating a post.

Optional signing, in one click. Press Generate and every message carries a fingerprint proving it genuinely came from your site and arrived unaltered — the same method Stripe and GitHub use.

Built for feeding an automation platform like n8n that then posts to WhatsApp, Slack, or anywhere else. One URL per post type, with a per-post override.

What does not change

Installing Pro adds capability. It removes nothing.

No new shortcodes

The same tags, unchanged. Nothing to rewrite.

Same security model

The same escaping, the same protected HTTP calls, the same timing-safe secret check.

Nothing to relearn

Publishing settings sit on the form or channel they belong to. One extra screen for the site-wide image options and the post publish webhook rules.

Deactivating is safe

The free plugin carries on untouched and everything already published stays. Only new publishing stops.
